Protection of privacy
The PPCLI Foundation will not share, sell, or otherwise provide access to member, sponsor, donor or other stakeholder information in our database without the specific approval of the person concerned. Access to information about any individual donor is tightly controlled and only available to the individual concerned and specified officers of the Foundation.
Individual Control
Every individual in our database has the right to limit access to their own information. On request, any or all donations from a member may be totally anonymous. Donations would be acknowledged by the Foundation and receipts provided but donor names would not be included in any reports, on the website, or in any other manner.
Opt out provisions
All communications generated using the Foundation database will enable individuals to opt out of any or all mail of email communication. For example, individuals may choose to limit access to Foundation communications, PPCLI Association communications, or communications concerning a particular event or program.
